Picked this up as an inspiration for my own hiking and photography. I love the area, and I’m keen to explore it more.
Published in 1989, I assume these images were shot on slide film, and they’re technically very impressive, given the kit and tech of the day. The photography is excellent.
Sadly, the text is turgid drivel I gave up on fairly quickly, but the images make it well worth leafing through.
